I would like to share an excellent experience I had with Michael. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a skilled, reasonably priced, and HONEST contractor. They are rare. Michael is all of these things. He arrived at the job site early, was friendly and professional, and got to work immediately on a project I had: having a 100 amp wire brought into our circuit boxes in a new condo I just purchased. After working for about 30min, he called me downstairs to show me something: the circuit boxes already had 100 amp wires running into them. He even took the time to demonstrate how electricians can determine what ampage a wire is. He asked for zero dollars for his time and expertise. He could have easily ripped me off, but instead not only charged me nothing (although I did offer payment freely) but taught me something useful to know as a new homeowner.
